Edinburgh College of Art Degree Show 2025

In the Works (June 2025) was a degree show installation exploring post-industrial legacy through material, movement and spatial restriction.

Responding to Newcastle’s industrial history, it combined concrete, steel and photographic processes to create an environment defined by pressure, wear and change.

Concrete slabs cracked underfoot, becoming both pathway and obstacle. At the centre, a welded steel structure sat within crushed remnants and construction netting, referencing sites under repair, containment or abandonment.
